At etoile & co., we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied. We take pride in our handcrafted jewelry and take extra care in packaging them to ensure they arrive safely to you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your etoile & co. jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your request.
